The 9809-02-W Power Feedthrough by CeramTec is an 11.5 Ampere conductor current-rated assembly designed for transferring electrical power, gases, or fluids from outside to inside a hermetic chamber. These feedthroughs ensure a hermetic seal and electrical isolation, suitable for demanding environments including high or cryogenic temperatures, high pressure, and exposure to aggressive chemicals. The flexibility in the method of interconnection offers customer discretion, with additional push-on contacts available. Operating in a temperature range of -80 to 450 ºC and a DC voltage rating of 500V, these feedthroughs are ideal for applications such as semiconductor processing, particle accelerators, furnaces, analytical and in-vacuum coating equipment, satellite instrumentation, and X-ray detection.

Additional Information

Additional Information

N/A In addition to remaining leak-free in high and ultra-high vacuum, many of Ceramaseal® feedthroughs can accommodate:
  • High temperatures
  • Cryogenic temperatures
  • High pressure
  • Aggressive chemicals
A feedthrough is basically defined by the requirements for installation, insulation, and conductor material. The method of interconnection is flexible and left to the customer’s discretion. A selection of push on contacts can be found in the Accessories section of this catalog.
